It all started with our cute golden retriever, Daisy, and her appetite for bakes. I decided to put to use my years of experience as a cook in France and lunch a cafe-bakery that will serve high quality, fresh and healthy food. A meeting place of Mediterranean and Keralan cuisine. French baguettes and butter cakes, freshly pressed orange or pineapple juice,

an aromatic selection of coffee beans sourced from the mountains of South India. To that, add a plate of salad toppled with virgin olive oil and savory curries balanced for a delicate Western palate. Clean, aromatic, alive!

Gourmet food is always on our mind, no matter where we find ourselves, and classics will remain forever.
