It all started with our cute golden retriever, Daisy, and her appetite for bakeries. I decided to put to use my years of experience as a cook in France and lunch a cafe-bakery that will serve high quality, fresh and healthy food. A meeting place of Mediterranean and Keralan cuisine. French baguettes and chocolate croissants, freshly pressed orange and pineapple juice, creamy cakes and an aromatic selection of coffee beans sourced from the mountains of South India. To that, add a plate of salad toppled with virgin olive oil and home made cheese. Savory curries balanced for a delicate Western palate. Clean, aromatic, alive!

Gourmet food is always on our mind, no matter where we find ourselves, and classics will remain forever.
